River Hills Community Health Center is a locally established non-profit organization with a Board of Directors made up of both community members and consumers who receive their care from River Hills Health. We provide quality primary medical services to the under-insured and uninsured residents of the greater Ottumwa area.

  River Hills Health Center accepts Iowa Medicaid, Medicare, and most other insurance. Our staff will file the insurance forms resulting from your visit.
  

• Sliding fee Discounts
  River Hills Health Center exists to provide Southeast Iowa residents access to health care. Our services are available to everyone. River Hills is not a free clinic, but does make sliding fee discounts available based on family size and income. If you wish to be evaluated for our sliding fee scale, please bring information regarding your household income (last year's tax return, pay stubs, or other income records) with you when you come in for your appointment. To continue to qualify for our sliding fees, you will need to verify income information every six months.
