River Hills is now offering telehealth visits!

What is a Telehealth visit?

Telehealth visits are a safe and secure way for you to connect to your provider remotely, via video and audio connection either on your smartphone, tablet or your computer (with audio and video capabilities).

Not sure if your visit can be performed via Telehealth?

Many types of visits can be performed  using Telehealth. Call our clinic to discuss options with our receptionists. They will give you instructions for your telehealth visit.

Co-pays apply to telehealth visits. Reception staff will discuss payment options with you.

How do I join a Telehealth visit?

On your smartphone, tablet or computer:

Click on the Zoom text or email link you receive from our office. No login required. You may be prompted to allow Zoom to access your camera and microphone. Whether you connect by phone, tablet or your computer, be sure your internet browsers are updated.

On the day of your appointment

  • Set aside a secure and private location for your appointment.
  • You may also want to wear a headset or headphones. This will help cut down on technical issues like echoes and feedback.
  • Be sure your cellphone battery has a full charge or your phone is plugged in.
  • You will have the best video/audio results if you have a strong internet connection. If not, you may join the video chat using your cellphone data.
