For questions regarding your bill from River Hills Community Health Center, please contact our Billing Department at 641-684-6896.
Medical Records
Requests to send copies of your medical records to a doctor outside of River Hills Community Health Center, or to any other person, you must sign a release. This release gives us permission to send your records to the specific person you have indicated on the form. A separate release is required for each person you want to receive your records.

RHCHC will not deny any services due to the inability to pay. We offer a sliding fee scale for patients who qualify based on poverty guidelines.
